Came prepared today. But my double cheese sandwich melted under the intense sun. Last week, two hours after I started, I realised I didn't have breakfast so I went to the Food Village to find a food I can eat, and indeed there's was something I call "vegetarian delight"... (If your a vegetarian, you'll be delighted. It was a carrot cake but I just had to skip the eggs when I can. And last week was cloudy, so the hydration want a big problem, I just gulped a coconut drink for the fats. But today, the sun a so up at 9am so I quickly grabbed some slices of lemon, rock honey sugar and half a teaspoon of salt and put them in a bottle with water.
