im not sure if anyones mentioned it yet but i noticed when Sherlock and John run into Mary in the desanctified church and specifically John runs into Mary, shes hesitates behind the pillar until she moves (just in time to catch John) im not sure but marys actions could be because shes keeping up the ruse of being a demure victorian lady (and out of the mind palace, of having left her past as AGRA behind her) – for John, because he is the one she runs into/is directly affected by her lies, and because i have a feeling Sherlock already knows (it's his mind palace: hes thought up everything in it) anyway, that's just my thoughts a week late.
