Hello, maple nation! (I don't know why I keep calling you that but hey) I just wanted you to know that you are my favourite person and you make me smile whenever I'm feeling bad. Thank you for bring such a kind, lovely person and just generally existing! (^-^)/
((This message just made my day omg thank you! You can call me Pearl dear. It is my name after all.))
Hello! I really love your blog & I think you are totally awesome (I think Gil would agree)! But where did you get a book about the cultural history of bears in Europe/ what was it called? Now I really want to read it! 😄
((Thank you very much! The book was from my college’s library, and was The Bear: History of a Fallen King by Michel Pastoureau. It’s interesting but doesn’t really go much into modern representations beyond the teddy bear.
I’ll post this publicly in case anyone else is interested, even though it doesn’t really have anything to do with Prucan, I read a lot of random nonfiction))
