Yes! I remember her from my Madogatari research. I just never posted cause I didn't know if she was canon or not... I suppose that doesn't matter...
I kinda love how disgusting she is. It seemed Inu Curry really got to go ham with no set guidelines or anything. She's probably the most Inu Curry witch there is. She is also apparently made by the Inu Curry troupe too!

この魔女は週に一度、自身の結界でもある沼へ身を投げる。 その体は油のような七色の夢となり水面に広がるが、落水時に表れる波紋こそが魔女の本体。 また、この魔女の結界に呑まれた者は七色の夢を吸収することでしか生存を許されない。 眠らぬ体と溶けない時間、この魔女の望みは呪いと共に成就した。 魔女は40年の間、やがては消える七色の夢と果てるため幾度も身を投げ続ける。
