Mopey soundscapes and indecisive mumblings have brought Shacklemoose a legion of loyal fans in the band’s hometown of Derrick City, PA. This hyper local band writes songs exclusively and quite literally about current events in Derrick City. Not surprisingly, Shacklemoose is also hugely popular with people who get some kind of enjoyment out of showing other people music that they know they (the other people) won’t ‘like’ or 'get’ and pretending to enjoy it (the fans of Shacklemoose not from Derrick City.)
