I have no idea when ShadeWeek really is, so here is a 15 minute impulsive painting I did for one of my favorite Sonic characters.

After the fall of the Nocturnus clan. The fall of Ix. To be the only of her kind to be out of the Twilight Cage. Shade simply packed the battle gear and her weapons in a sack and became a drifter. A simple life traveling from place to place to catch up on what the present world can offer.

Unfortunately, I had no time to participate in #ShadeWeek. But! Тhat doesn't change coolness Shade.

So on Twitter there's this fun activity called Shade week (which started in light of Penders trying to claim ownership of the character) so here's my contribution on what she'd look like in the Sketchog style.

It’s Shade week on twitter, so here’s a traditional art Shade I did. :)

Uniposca marker, holbein watercolour, jellyroll.

It’s pretty sloppy but I did it in my cheap watercolour sketchbook. I’m still happy enough with it :)
