Ok so warlocks (Magnus) keep portaging gpeople off to the clave, genrally(almost always) without any warning. Also usually with a line like "They're the calves problem now. " so how does this work? Like do they pop up in a random clave cell? How long until they're found? Is there someone whose job is to walk through empty sell blocks checking if a warlocks dropped off some random bad guy? Or is there like a specific center or building where warlocks drop off criminals and the workers just role their eyes and say "there's another one more paperwork for me. " what about the first time Magnus did it? Any way I need to know these things.
