There was definitely a time of shock then an adjustment period. They were trying to help Magnus cope at the same time as well…
But overall Tomkin was just another grand baby. Their only grandson even! The Lady Tarnished loved him in a heartbeat, while Morgott had to warm up more. The lady had so many cute hand-me-downs to dress the little scrap in :3
The family was quite used to dealing with feral kids already as well!
