Who: shadow9119 #41101

What: Cross Site art customer (they ordered art from me and paid via ChickenSmoothie and FR)

Why: Incomplete Payment/Lack of communication

When: Sept 23rd-Ongoing (I last sent communication October 23rd and they appear to have dropped off the face of the planet as of October 20th)

Explain: Note for screenshots: For the CS side of things I probably deleted a few of their messages that were just affirmatives to go forward with what I was working on since I needed to clear up inbox space and didn’t think there would be any trouble. All of the FR messages are there.

I accepted the commission September 23rd and got started on it after we had decided payment (at the time we had agreed upon any Starfall Shards they came across + 100kt + 2 CS pets

I kept up communication with them, getting their approval at every stage (sketch, lineart, flat colors, etc). We went back and forth and everything seemed alright. I finished the commission for them October 10th due to personal reasons and they seemed very happy with everything! I told them that if they wanted anything additional then to let me know but to otherwise send payment to my FR account as well as the CS payment.

I got the CS payment and the festival currency payment within 5 days after giving them the finished piece but they didn’t include the agreed upon 100kt

I promptly sent them back a reminder, saying that they had forgotten the 100kt

I waited for over a week before sending them a follow up message on CS since they had been online there just 3 days previous

I still have not received full payment, and while I’m wondering if something may have happened to them in their real life (since their dragons are currently starving at 0% hunger) I feel like that should have been communicated to me earlier.
