You say you hate Mary Sues but isn't shipping an OC with a cannon character count as a Mary Sue trait? I'm not trying to be mean or anything it's just that...well some people it seems rather silly to ship OCs with cannon characters and I can tell you why. The chance any of the cannon characters finding your OC interesting is very low seeing that, well, they already have friends. So why not instead just creat some OCs that they can be ship with instead? Just a suggestion.

Hey. Just to let you know, I'm the person who asked why some of your OCs don't have the same skin color of their pony counterparts. Well, I went to your deviantart page and turns out they do. I'm sorry, I was thinking of something eles at the time. I feel stupid now. So let me ask a better question. How did you come up with these characters in the first place? I'm curious to know.

Panel 1: I’ve been asked a couple of times why my MLP oc’s would have human skin colors instead of their skin colors of their pony counterparts.

Panel 2: So allow me to explain a list of things that would answer your questions at the moment. Not to get you too confused.

Panel 3: I’ve seen a whole bunch of artists drawing MLP oc’s and canon characters in human form using human skin colors.

Panel 4: For EQG art to tell you the truth I’m only using bases for my MLP oc’s in human form to match the colors of their pony counterparts. But whenever I’ve draw them in freehand form I use human skin color.

Panel 5: Back in 2015, when I’ve first created Scarla as a rival to my 2nd MLP oc, Seraphim Cyanne as a mean girl with a posse, however as time goes on I’m not sure what to do with her or What her profile is gonna be like. But when I’ve heard about the upcoming 3rd EQG film “Friendship Games”, an idea just came to me. So I was thinking what if scarla was a shadowbolt at crystal prep academy? So basically instead of making a crystal prep oc, I’ve made scarla my 1st crystal prep academy shadowbolt oc, plus giving her a big personality. Apparently, the more crystal prep oc’s I’ve created the more the list began to grow. And of course Scarla has gotten pretty popular with the artists on D.A.

Panel 6: Even though I’ve created a whole bunch of crystal preps oc’s I thought it would be cool to a crystal prep mary sue into the mix. So basically the inspiration of Bella Vita as a crystal prep mary sue/bella swan wannabee was from a harry potter fan comic and the twilight saga.
