A strong desire will carry you through difficult times but a weak one will not get you anywhere.

Grateful what the body can endure. 👊

I started fight camp not fight fit. I hadn't competitively sparred in years & a round or 2 of bag work had me wishing for the bell to ring. The weight cut seemed like an insurmountable mountain.

But I understand the process. For 12 relentless weeks, I pushed myself, mind and spirit to the limit. I guess this is where the experience worked in my favour as I prepared for a 3 rounds of total chaos.

It wasn't easy, but I proved to myself that with unwavering dedication and hard work, even the toughest challenges can be achieved.

So, to anyone out there with a goal seeming out of reach - believe in yourself, put in the work and watch the impossible become possible.

Traditionally winter is the hardest season for people to stay on track but our 5TRONG Challengers did just that and more!
