[Into Town]
Snow revved up his bike, and it made a satisfying roar, although it was a sports bike. Noel grabbed onto him loosely, Snow's helmet wobbling slightly on the youth's smaller head. Snow turned around and grinned, not wearing a helmet himself. "Hold on!" He shouted, and he pressed down on the gas.
The bike screamed forward, its acceleration providing Snow with a spurt of excitement and adrenaline. He drove it through the school's front gates, and headed towards the town.
After they had left the pool and gotten their clothes and such back on, they had headed towards the school gates. Snow had proudly showed Noel his motorcycle, a very fast, although used, sports vehicle.
Now they were on their way to the town. Snow took the long way to town, preferring to drive on the highway, where he could go faster, than to take the residential roads.
On the highway, Snow drove at excess speeds, weaving in and out of cars as his passenger began to hold onto him tighter and tighter. They sped across two lanes to reach an exit off the highway, and he slowed down the bike a tad. He stopped at a red light, his deceleration pushing Noel further into his back. He laughed; almost nothing was as thrilling as driving down the road on his motorcycle. The light turned green, and Snow slowly drove through, and then parked on the side of the sidewalk, behind another car. He turned off the bike, took out the keys, kicked the kickstand down, and dismounted. Noel quickly followed, handing the helmet back to Snow, which he put on the handle of his bike. There was a parking meter, but Snow ignored it as he turn to Noel.
"So," Snow said, his eyes still alive with excitement, "What place looks good to you? We could walk a bit if nothin' here catches your eye."
