HI SO by the time i saw this i felt like it was too late to answer but i got a boost of shadowka energy today and did this! Its not exactly what you suggested but i think it hits that soft spot!!

(i just rlly wanted to draw shadow's room.. i have all these silly headcanons about him sooo-)
