Forest Encounters||Ricken & Umbreon

Aside from his magic studies, frolicking in a nearby thicket was his favorite pastime. Ricken adored playing with the forest animals; he really grew attached to them. The animals were unphaseed with the Mage’s presence. In fact, they seemed relaxed. Perhaps it was his smaller stature that took the fear of humans away from these creatures, but Ricken was just happy he had forest friends.
Hearing a small rustle, he identified it as a rabbit. From behind the bushes, a little white hare approached the Mage. He crouched down, holding out a gentle hand. The rabbit was hesitant, but eventually it hopped right into the Mage’s open palm. Bringing the rodent close, he lightly stroked its fur.
Footsteps caught the boy’s attention. Turning towards the sound, the boy could not recognize the animal at all. It appeared to be a blue-ringed dog... with a cloak.
He knew that coat. It was the very same coat Robin wore. The miscolored hair was styled in the pigtails like the Tactician’s as well. What was going on?
“Robin?”
