Sam's cold, lifeless and ashen white body lays half covered in the Coroners office, outside of a thin scar just below his chest he shows no visible signs of what caused his death.
You know how he ended up on a coroners slab from Dresden, Sam was the third victim of a killer, dubbed the Emerald City Ripper, this sick and twisted monster takes a trophy from each of his victims, the small scar on Sam's body was a surgical incision to remove his kidney. Alongside Sam's body are is personal effects, maybe these will give some clue to what happened or where to go next. The quiet of the coroners office is broken by a bellow from the other room.

Back in Seattle, and to Sam's current and final resting place the Redmond Organ Grinders Franchise, here Sam awaits along with his personal effects and hopefully some clues as to cause of his untimely death and some clues to the culprit. This particular branch of the Organ Grinders is run by a dwarf by the name of Dresden.
