Good afternoon, folks! At last, here it is, the celebration! It was going to be 200 followers, then 300 followers, and now I’m up over 430 followers. Wow! Thank you all so much! I’m so flattered and delighted that you all find my content, original and reblogged alike, worth keeping track of. To thank you all for your support, I have decided to release what was originally Daydream Walking’s first nine chapters! They are betaread but largely unedited, and I would like to have it understood that I do not desire constructive criticism on this writing at this time. This writing is meant to exist as-is for now, even if that existence is imperfect! (This is the first draft, guys, gals & nonbinary buddies!) I would simply like to allow you guys a taste of DW’s world, characters, and original concept through this release.
The first chapter is available NOW, on Wattpad! The other eight chapters will be released in individual posts over the next week or so. Without further flapping of my lips, here is a tiny excerpt from the first chapter:
The Hall of Forms and Records produced Quince after several long, extremely boring minutes during which Clay shuffled, fidgeted, and glanced up and down the long halls to either side of him.
