P90X day 1
I haven't done this program in over a year! Chest and Back, push and pull, sweat and crack.
Having just finished up with T25, going back to a completely strength based workout is a bit of a shock! Heavier weights, more muscle burn. This is the good stuff!
I'm holding off on Ab ripper X until tonight or maybe later in the week because I have a strained groin and my goal for this year is NO injuries.
Day was was solid for a first time back. Now it's time for a Shower, Shakeology and off to work.
