Book Review: Making Up by Helena Hunting
Synopsis
Cosy Felton is great at her job—she knows just how to handle the awkwardness that comes with working at an adult toy store. This is the fourth book in Helena Hunting’s Shaking Up series, but it can be read as a complete standalone. It started out really great, and I loved Cosy and Griffin’s first encounter. While there was an 11-year age difference between the two leads, they worked well together. There was a lot of drama in this story, maybe a bit too much for my taste. But everything worked out in the end, and I like how things turned out for the both of them.
The author’s writing was amazing as usual. I’ve always loved her books, and while this one wasn’t my favorite in the series, I did still enjoy it quite a bit. This was a swoon-worthy and fun read that will definitely entertain you from beginning to end. I can’t wait to get my hands on the next installment of the series!
