Vegan Caramelized Shallot & Wild Mushroom Pizza
In the kitchen.
I made gnudis with the rest of my ricotta cheese. They're so light and fluffy with homemade cheese!! I decided to make a quick mushroom, shallot, and garlic cream sauce for them, and it was incredible!! I topped it all with some parmesan reggiano cheese and fresh chopped basil. It only took 5 minutes to make that sauce and it made the dish sooooooo good. I'll be making that sauce a lot. I needed to use left over cream in the fridge and came up with this idea, and it's now something I'll do all the time. I love leftovers!! Gnudis are so much fun to make and even better to eat!! I, highly, recommend them!! In the words of Julia Child, bon appétit!! ❤️❤️😋😋😋❤️❤️
