There isn't actually any proof they are cousins, that's just an assumption everyone went with but their encyclopedia page don't mention them being related.

But yeah I agree I feel bad for the trio, they were just ment to get killed off at the end. Wish there was more to them...

WELLL if you read my fanfic you can see my version of the weasel bros and they actually have a decent interaction with Fang as they meet for the first time so ya can enjoy that! :DDD
