thinking about that audio commentary where they talked about how noel was cast the day before he started filming, when the episode itself was already being filmed, after justin recommended him because the show couldn't find someone they liked in the role. after talking about how most of the time the casting directors are unanimous in who to cast because the best one for the job is an obvious stand out.
And then they couldn't agree on a mickey. And then met noel. And he had less than 24 hours notice...
