I'm relapsing on Gallavich again. I'm so not normal about this ship like so so so not normal about it at all. Coz like enemies to lovers? Check. Childhood sweethearts? Check. Grumpy x Sunshine ship? Check. Absolutely whipped for each other no matter who and what obstacle they need to face and eventually gets back together if they do end up separating because of said obstacle? Fucking check. Is there a ship who checks these many boxes that are so right up my alley? Maybe, maybe I just haven't seen them yet but until then I will keep relapsing on Gallavich like a cocaine addict. I will keep coming back to this ship like Ian and Mickey keep coming back to each other.

Woke up in the middle of the night to jumbled thoughts about how the gifts Ian gets from other guys (his new jacket from Kash, the watch thing, room service, and "stuff" in general that Ned buys him) are just expensive ways to control him while the gifts Mickey gives him (five minutes on FaceTime with Lip, all the fucking B Vitamins, even the gun way back in the beginning) were ways to give Ian back control, even at the expense of Mickey's own

Then there are more jumbled thoughts about what the men ask for in return, we see men throughout the series wanting sex and attention and performance from Ian but Mickey never really asks Ian to do anything but exist in his presence

Idk if anyone wants to try to untangle that I gotta sleep
