Just in case you were wondering where the canal pictures are, here's one. Dear Shameless Writers

This is about one of my once beloved characters on your show that I have come to care for no more. What makes me so aggravated is that fact that Jeremy Allen White can really carry a great story with his shoulders yet  you as writers are just throwing seventy million cannon ball of  stories per minute at him that we don’t have anytime to process any of it. We don’t get the chance to actually see what a talented actor Jeremy is and what a crucial character Lip could be. We are rather blinded with so much sexualized story-line of Lip that we have completely lost his need as a strong developed character that he was in the early seasons. Instead of the development going upwards it went the other direction which has really stolen from the beloved caring unselfish character we knew as Lip Gallagher. Shameless writers, I love you and I think you have created one of the brilliant shows on television yet there is still characters I don’t feel invested hundred percent in as much as I should be and Lip is on top of my list. I don’t think that should happen. I really want the Lip that has genuine conversion with his siblings, the Lip is that down to earth and the Lip that is completely and unselfishly invested in his family. Because that is the character I have rooted for so long. Additionally it is not like you’re unable to do it since you have created a character development so organically and effortlessly as with Mickey Milkovich. Let’s have more of that. Thank you.
