The mosaic will depict a visual story about older generation passing on to the new generation set of norms, traditions and the industry. Lokal-Kanan + Pasalubong served us Ibanag dishes namely alugbati salad, sinanta, Kammo boodle set (in a bilao), tusok in a platter (street food). In here, we were able to taste the local Ibanag vinegar too called silam with spices. Sir Eric, the owner told us stories about Lokal, his family and why he and her sister opened Lokal, who are their target market and why he recommends his Kammo bilao food as the best party food this holiday season.
