Ich habe mir lange überlegt, wie ich am besten #ShareTheCare bildlich darstellen könnte. Weil ich eigentlich nicht gross protzen möchte wie ich in dieser Zeit Unterstützung biete. Bin dann aber zum Schluss gekommen, dass auch die kleinsten Gesten oder Dinge einem eine Freude bereiten oder Unterstützung bieten. Aber im Alltag kann man all diese Ideen eigentlich sehr einfach implementieren. Denn die kleinsten Gesten bereiten einem die größte Freude. Hier auf dem Bild ein Blumenstrauss von einem Lokalen Blumenhändler, viele kaufen heutzutage die Blumen im Grosshandel weil es einfach günstiger ist aber wer hat da am Ende etwas davon? Aber die kleinen „Lädeli“ oftmals Generationsbetriebe, egal ob Kleider, Blumen, Lebensmittel etc. sind sehr dankbar und ihr werdet automatisch viel mehr Freude daran haben. Auch auf dem Bild seht ihr die Cappuccinos es ist so wichtig, dass wir jetzt Betriebe unterstützen, die wegen dem Lockdown kein Verdienst hatten und jetzt wirklich zu kämpfen haben. Sie haben alle Schutzkonzepte erarbeitet und freuen sich über jeden Besuch, seid also bitte nicht egoistisch und unterstützt sie. Oder die Manicure: gönnt euch was Gutes so habt ihr euch eine Freude gemacht und gleichzeitig jemanden unterstützt der lange Zeit einfach nicht arbeiten konnte. Moral der Story: man kann Freude machen in jeder Grösse es gibt keine Entschuldigungen, jeder kann in seinem persönlichen Rahmen Gutes tun. Seid ein bisschen weniger auf Euch zentreirt und kümmert Euch um Eure Mitmenschen! Hier noch mehr Beispiele: * Einkaufen bei lokalen Läden statt Zalando etc. * Gabenzaun unterstützen (in Zürich, Basel) * Aufmerksamkeit für Bewohner im Altersheim/Pflegeheim * Gestresste Eltern im Home Office unterstützen – z.B. It’s 7am, I’ve gotta be at work soon, aaaaaand I’m still in bed watching Love is Blind on Netflix 🙃 That’s where this comes in! A couple weeks ago I received a super sweet package full of @briogeo products from their Scalp Revival line. I’m still working through the different items but have a pretty firm grasp of this Charcoal & Biotin Dry Shampoo. I love it! If you’re not one for aerosol sprays, this innovative packaging uses an air pump to suction and dispense the powder dry shampoo inside (swipe to see the powder). Very cool! It’s very finely milled and almost melts into the hair adding a healthy dose of volume, texture, and fresh-smelling & oil absorbing powder. For my oily skin type, I wouldn’t reach for this on day 3+ but I love this as a way to freshen up your tresses at the start of the week. I also don’t find this to be as stubborn as other dry shampoos to work in. It will leave a slight white cast on brunettes but I think it’s pretty easy to brush out—nothing that would keep me from repurchasing in the future. What’s the last dry shampoo you’ve tried?
