Closed - Over 20 years ago, I was on a flight to SXSW when a guy asked if he could have one of the homemade rice krispy treats my mother in law used to send on tour with me. I passed him a square, and we’ve been good friends ever since. After we both exited the music industry, he ended up in real estate up north and we’ve been lucky enough to work together on occasion. Such as this case with our amazing clients who just closed on this incredible architectural gem in Montecito Heights. After selling their Dwell-published Eichler in Walnut Creek, this new home is a fitting transition.
