「A Day Off」

     ( ♚ ) — Today wasn’t Gou’s everyday routine. After school, the redhead often went to the swim club, but today was different. A couple of her friends got sick, forcing them to cancel it, so that they could rest. Upset that they didn’t have practice today, Gou took the opportunity to go visit her brother at Samezuka.

     She entered the tall school building, where the pool was located. Realizing she was already used to the smell of chlorine. She said hello to various members of the swim team there, as she searched for her older brother. She continued looking, asking around where he might be, as she avoided several miniature puddles of water and some towels on the floors. She let out a sigh and murmured to herself. “It couldn’t kill them to keep things off the floor..” 

     Through the glass window, Gou spotted Rin. Making her way around it, she took careful steps, hoping not to slip on the wet tiles. 

     “Onii-chan!”

His captain found out. Oh, his captain found out. That splash was loud enough for anyone to figure out what he did.

Still, Somehow, Sousuke was still loyal. He never told the captain or any of his crew members that the thing, The creature he let go was a mermaid.

That’s a secret he decided to keep, no matter what. He continued to tell them that it was just some type of huge fish that got away.

But, they just didn’t believe him. And his consequence.. He would be thrown overboard.

And that was exactly what happened -- Him being tied up and pushed off the deck in front of all his ex-shipmates. Sousuke was probably stupid to think that in such a huge sea, he would be able to swim home.. Back to his house, family, wife.

Boy, was he wrong. Once he hit the water, he found it harder and harder to hold on and swim. The feeling of not being able to breath slowly faded into one of relaxation -- The most relaxed he had ever felt in his entire life.

He just slowly let himself sink into nothingness.

Rei was at the mall, looking at a clothing store when he found himself around on the women’s side. He looked around, out of pure curiosity, when he saw some lingerie. He decided to look at it-- he always thought it was pretty, and he appreciated the effort put into making and wearing it. He walked over to the section, holding up a full set of embroided blue lingerie. He was looking it over, feelin gthe fabric and just in general awe at how beautiful it was. He was too immersed to realize someone he knew was approaching behind him.

i miss you guys, a lot!!! i noticed that obviously no one has been in the chat lately, and i just wanted to say that i think it would be really awesome if we all were, again. but you dont have to if you wouldnt like to uwu if you want to leave it, i want to at least keep in touch!

Sousuke sat out on the balcony, Watching as the sun set. He made himself A glass of tea -- Which he was sipping at ever so slighty.

Rin had fell asleep on the couch. They had just finished with everything. Literally. Just married.  Beautiful house and dog they now owned. A car. Everything Sou had always dreamed of owning with Rin. He was happy; But exhausted just like Rin. Finally they could get their breaks.
