Happy Sharksmas for trans sharks (animal) fan 🦈

Hello Sharkudablr and Sharks lb! I have a proposition for us at the end of the year: clean out the holiday gift registry for a trans sharks (animal) fan 🦈

I was perusing letters and registries on transanta and discovered a letter/registry from a huge sharks (animal) enthusiast, mio in Germany. mio is a 23 year old "severely disabled terminally ill shark fan". In the shared spirit of sharks/Sharks appreciation, I thought it might be fun if we Sharks (nhl team) fans try to clear out mio's wishlist by the end of December!

Almost all of their items are sharks (animal) themed in some way, and many of the other items are medical supplies. Their registry is here. If you're outside of Germany, you may need to adjust your location to be able to buy items -- I put in a random (but real) German zip code when Amazon asked for one and it's worked out ok.

There's quite a lot of us in sharks lb/sharkblr/sharkudablr now, I think if we try, we could fulfill the whole list before the end of the year! A couple of items have already been purchased but there's quite a bit of fun sharks (animal) gifts left. If we rally, I think we could do it 🗣️

hockey card order came in (so extremely late bc he forgot me) and i come to realize have 4(!) pavol regenda cards that i accidentally ordered. sharkuda fans hmu if you want him in slovak national team gear.

✨🦈sharkudablr valentines day gift exchange 🦈✨

happy January to those who celebrate and more importantly, who in sharkudablr/sharks lb/cuda lb/sharks fandom would like to participate in a little gift exchange for valentines day!!

what this is:

each person who signs up will receive one blog in sharkudablr to create a gift for. this can be gifs, art, shrimers and slide decks, hype reels and fancams, fanfic (opt-in only) and anything else you can think of!

there is strict maximum length! all works need to follow these MAXIMUM lengths or an equivalent effort/amount in your medium: writing - 2000 words; art/gifs - 2 hours of effort; hype reels/vids/fancams - 2 minutes; slide decks/shrimers/zines - 8 pages or 2 hours of effort, whichever comes first

all gifts must be posted on tumblr between february 8-february 14. you can choose anytime in that period to post! but do not post earlier and DEFINITELY do not post later. fanfic can/should be posted to the ao3 collection and does not have to posted publicly, but you must send a link to your recipient between february 8 and february 14.

the final day to drop out is february 4. if you find you are unable to complete a gift by february 14, get in touch with @moregraceful/@pacific-coast-hockey no later than february 4.

you must create at least one gift in the medium of your choice, but if you are inspired to create more, you absolutely can! just follow the length rules for each work

and finally! i will almost certainly need people to create more gifts if/when creators drop out so if you think you'll have the time and energy between jan 4-14 (at least, if not earlier) to create a second gift, please please sign up to pinch hit. thank you!!
