pearl: a mental health headcanon

I think we can all understand Satsuki may have a ot of mental health issues. I have a good amount of hheadcanons related to this but let’s pick one. 

Since we can say Satsuki didn’t experiment a proper childhood, I think she never experiences the years kids have to play and develop personality threats related to social interaction, however, she was still forced to face a good amount of people when she grew up and was placed as the leader of the Honnouji Academy. That made her anxious and didnt know how to deal with it at first since she spent most time alone back there and didnt know how to face people, nothing to say about leading over them. It was terrifying and stressed her a lot for some time until she decided to imitate her mother. She saw her mother as someone with no weakness at all and seemed always so confident when ordering stuff to other people. She decided to act like her and started to grow confident about her leading abilities. However, later on that made strong conflicting feelings explode inside her heart since she was acting like her mother and at the same time planning against her. Was she like her mother? That’s still something that bothers her, a lot, and makes a deep hate blurt from inside her chest, hate for herself, hate for being the way she is, for being like her mother.

“Mother always says I’m like her, maybe she is right, after all.”

That sentence stated to gain strength inside her mind, making her stability tremble so her mood tends to swing from time to time from a really high confidence to a strong self-hatred attitude. She makes sure no one has the chance to interact with her when this happens, going through some brief periods of isolation called “Mental preparation.” The students believe its part of some ritual she needs to have to make plans and prepare her next actions as a leader.

You couldnt see where were you going because they covered your eyes and them gave you something to make you sleep, but when you woke up you where somewhere you dont know at all. Looking around feeling the despair and anxiety build inside your body you understand there is not a lot you could do. Were you just abandoned? Like an unwanted animal. Holding a sob, you frown to look strong and sit on the floor, a bit overwhelmed. You knew your mother didnt like you, but in all honesty you didnt expect her to throw you away.

Chocolate + Headcanon

She is not the kind of people that likes to eat chocolate a lot, she finds it too sweet, but if she is going to eat it, she would choose black chocolate. She dislikes white chocolate a lot, in fact she wonders why people invented it in the first place. For her, that doesnt even taste like chocolate to begin with. Though, she doesnt mind at all if its milk chocolater or bitter, she likes both, it depends more on the situation and her mood than anything. Her guilty pleasure are those chocolates with liquor added, they love to eat one of those with a good black tea.

She dislikes coffee for some reason even when she is unable to tell particulary why, she just doesnt feel like drinking it, maybe due her strong habit to drink tea instead, however, if it goes along with a good bitter chocolate, she may accept a little cup of coffee, black, of course.
