It’s established Shawn/Juliet and eventual Shawn/Juliet/Lassie (Shassiet? Do we use that term here?) forming in the aftermath of season 7 episode 3; Lassie Jerky.

The first chapter is Juliet outing her worries about Lassie’s injuries to Shawn and together they get to the root of her (and his) feelings
