Today has been awesome!!! My kiddos were decent for the most part today. I got in a killer scrub and massage. I got my hair chopped off after wanting to for over a year. And I had my first video call with my Fit Fam. 🤗 Oh and I didn't die during Pure Cardio 2. Haha Shaun T is the best motivator, and butt kicker! Today, the Fit Fam and I hit on goals. Thinking about it more, and taking some of what the ladies said to heart, I need to really sit and write down all my goals. Not just a few that I know are attainable! But like crazy ridiculous stuff to strive for!
