I know Wubble doomsday is a well-worn topic and nobody can predict the future but I was sifting through what Sevens are like when they begin to disintegrate to One and
if the prophecy comes true
[…] Since they may have neglected certain tasks for the sake of enjoying themselves and living in the moment, they start to want to catch up on these responsibilities. They look towards the goals they want to accomplish and become driven to finding ways of making them come to fruition. They can become much more critical towards loved ones, wanting to show them the more efficient ways to do things. They can appear like they are being controlling or attempting to teach them the “right” ways. This is something most people aren’t really used to with them, since they expect the seven to be more laid-back. They normally prefer to keep things fun and avoid being harsh towards others. When they are in disintegration mode, they behave more critically and seem to really want to get things done. They can become frustrated, struggling between wanting to find distractions to take their mind off their struggles and just wanting to become laser focused on getting the job done. It can cause them to appear all over the place, going from burying themselves in things they enjoy to just wanting to set themselves to working and finishing their important projects in an efficient manner.

Sevens value their spontaneity and so tend to follow their impulses, for better or for worse. As a result, they can become scattered in their attention and energy, leaping from one promising idea to the next, from one activity to another. While this can be exciting, it often leaves Sevens frustrated with themselves because they feel that they are not accomplishing as much as they would like to. At such times, they begin to behave like average Ones—pulling in the reins on themselves and trying to get more organized and self-controlled. But because they are trying to impose order and control on themselves, they begin to feel trapped and restricted. This only makes them more frustrated, impatient, and irritable. They may, for instance, become critical of their own creative ideas before they have really had a chance to develop them. Similarly, they cannot avoid feeling disappointment with people and many aspects of their environment. Nothing seems to meet their expectations, and they can become harsh and perfectionistically critical with themselves and with others.

[...] Some people might think "well, sevens don't really get angry, those are sort of that lower spectrum of emotions that sevens don't like to dwell in or experience" [...] I don't agree with it in the sense that I don't think sevens try to suppress anger [...] anger tends to come quickly and easily for sevens because [...] in order to repress anger you would have to go through a series of events: you would have to a feel the anger, notice you're feeling the anger [...] judge that anger "oh no I can't be angry" then once you've judged it try to repress that anger and not let it be [...] expressed out into the world, all of that takes time. Anger is too quick and sevens are too quick. They do not go through that many steps. They do not intentionally think "I'm feeling anger I should repress it," so oftentimes sevens actually easily express their anger and quickly express their anger. Oftentimes it's not that intense (I mean sevens are intense) but it's almost like the types that explode the most are the ones who repress the hardest, kind of like pulling back a spring, the further down you pull it [...]the more ferociously it pops out, whereas sevens I don't think they spend a whole lot of time or energy trying to repress that anger so it doesn't tend to be as explosive or intense it's more [...] quick, a cutting word [or] an irritated little quip[.] It just kind of shoots out, they don't really try to hold it back and once it's done it's done [...] sometimes sevens don't even remember they were angry, or they don't remember what they were angry about because "it's over we're moving on that's it" and so it's actually kind of a healthy way to deal with anger. The only caveat would be even though you as a seven [have] moved on those around you may have taken it a little more personally[...] Sevens do go to One in stress, so when sevens are in that lower space and they're going to One in stress their anger can come out by kind of like quipping and nagging and nitpicking on little things, little details (that maybe don't really matter) but they do to the seven in that moment because they're in stress.
