talk to me about ur lucien headcanons re; the delinking spell i must know (bc so far you're my fave lucien so)

OKAY SO, Lucien was Klaus’ first sireling and so, the effect of the spell began with him, and the delinking spell from what klaus said, seems to be a hurtful thing, they all literally began to feel some kind of burn, and Lucien’s, being as old as Klaus, felt it too until the spell was over (this is my own thinking bc the camara first went to lucien, then marcel, then stefan if i’m not wrong, from oldest to youngest).

I think they all feel it, some more than others, a certain freedom but also, it’s like someone ripped something from inside without permission, u know? So yeah!

Alright, so. I didn't want to have to do this, but you've left me no choice. And by no choice, I mean I wanted to say it anyway so I’m going to say it.

Remember that time you murdered countless people with zero remorse? No? How about the time you ditched the love of your life for your extremely lame brother so you could CURE him only for him to steal her from you while you were slacking off in the boyfriend department? What about when you ran away with the guy who killed countless friends of yours and then reverted back to ugly habits and LIKED it? Oh, oh, oh. My favorite-- that time you almost drove Elena off the bridge she nearly died on and then, ironically, later died at the very same bridge. Classic.
