Reading She Rises for the 8th time, because it's amazing. Let's just be honest by now it's canon to me and Katty needs a goddamn movie! This is the kind of woman empowering story Tom Hardy lives for. I am sure he'll be up for it. I need it k.

Hello don't mean to sound like an impatient ingrate but when do you hypothesize She Rises will be updated?

Baha you don't, no worries!

Here's the deal, though. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer at the beginning of this year and is currently going through chemo. I've got two failed almost-relationships under my belt already, as of May, both of which caused hard times, the second one I am only just beginning to be over. This has been a very trying year for me and I've been in a pretty bad place for most of it. I haven't worked on She Rises in several months. I just haven't had the emotional/mental strength to space, because, while I love that story, working on it takes a certain toll.

Things have been looking up and I am working on getting back into writing regularly, but I don't want to make any promises I can't keep, especially as mom's treatment is ongoing and I am still stuck in a place that I hate being. I would recommend that you consider the story to be on hiatus. I will hopefully be working on it soon, and I still want to finish it, but I can't make any promises as to when- or if- I will update. My emotional/mental well being has to come first and I can't work on a story that drains me when I have to be the rock for my family. I hope you understand.
