Don't you think that normal people wouldn't accept the anomalous? Like, I can understand your vews, but with how the world is going right now... yeah.
I feel like any anomalous individual or item would be treated like shit, used for war, or straight-up killed. Just look around yourself.
The Foundation should act as protectors, sheltering the benevolent/passive anomalies and put in containment only the dangerous ones, but... what do you think would happen if anomalies were introduced to human society?
I'm sorry, but in the present day, coexistence isn't possible. I don't think it'll ever be, if humans don't change first. Especially if you keep in mind the existence of more dangerous, extremist groups like the GOC and the Chaos Insurgency.

So, what about the world before the Foundation? What about the ancient empires of the Mekhanites and the Nälkä? The Deava? What about all the people, inside and outside of the Foundation, who are aware of the anomalous? Are all of them using them for horrible means, such as the ones you listed? The Manna Charitable Foundation, Are We Cool Yet?, the Fifth Churches and other religions; all of these are evil?
What your argument fails to address is that all of these people were “normal” people at one point. Not every Foundation staff member was born on a black site. Most of the anartists were once unaware of the anomalous. People come behind the veil every day. Of course, anomalies will be used as weaponry, everything is at one point. That is how humanity functions and you’re right, it will always function like that. But we don’t encourage our leaders to keep those things secret. We educate people about poison gas and nuclear weapons. Why do the “anomalies” have to be hidden? What right does the foundation have to say that a newborn with a higher Hume level needs to be murdered?
And let’s be very clear. No matter what the Foundation says, they are not benevolent. They kill countless innocent people, impression sentient beings that didn’t fit their narrative. They say what religions are normal and what religions need to be hidden from the public. They dictate what traits “normal” humans have, and what need to be put in prison. They experiment on people, and let’s be honest, how many of these “D-Class” are truly death row inmates? Even then, you trust the legal system enough to say all of them are convicted completely fairly?
Tell me, what do we call it when an entity says that everything that is “wrong” with the world must be censored, hidden, and destroyed for the “protection” of the masses?
