At a Games clinic yesterday and one of the 2 world class coaches (@spencerjtyler and @adrisue) casually tossing sheaf to show how it's done, not even aiming for over the bar. When your casual throws end up in orbit, it's unreal. Holy shit man! Only problem we had was translating the incredible knowledge they gave into actual technique corrections. Everything they said made perfect sense, but having your brain translate that into actual actions is a whole different story! Now it's time for reps on reps on reps! After the sunburn of course!
