bfast tahcoes...
i love food. love it. all kinds of foods. alright so some of you know this meaning the rest of you don't. that or you don't read my blog but opt for the pictures instead. well i planned ahead today...i got both words and pictures suckah! that's wild ain't it? anyways back to this post. i love food but recently i'd been drawing some blanks on what to make. it was a bit frustrating, sometimes confusing, but mostly just left me eating the stuff almost everyday. then suddenly the clouds break and in come shesalty to the rescue. pause. since i enjoy cooking and eating so much the bulk of the blogs that i follow have to do in some way or another with food. my favorites are shesalty's blog and her roommate brian. they're good blogs if you want to look at pictures of food and/or get new ideas. unpause. as i was reading shesalty's blog i decided that it might be a good idea to contact her and see if she could hope. and after some messages back and forth we were able to come up with an idea that would be a hit like cocaine in the 80's. minus all of the family ruining it did. shoulda gone with a better metaphor. oh well. anyways so i went and got the ingredients and got to work. and yes, i made this myself. and yes, i'm a decent cook. and dwall52 was there to witness it. the result? i think it turned out pretty good. so i now present to you, the chorizo breakfast taco (sidenote: i'm really bad at food photography. i need a real camera as opposed to my cellphone)
all of the ingredients beforehand. eggs, green onions, mexican crumbling cheese, tomato, avocado, onions, cilantro, chorizo, mexican creme, and tortillas
i cut these up like the ninja that i am. souace!
the finished product. yeah i blazed through these. then made some more.
tacos son! and if you don't love tacos or mexican...try german food i guess.
