I just wanted to let you know I read your commentary on both installments of Iris's CMM Onyx series. And you really moved me. My heart hurt after reading your heartfelt reviews. I've yet to read any parts of CMM because many of the sexual themes that appear in the series do not appeal to me very much but you have definitely tempted me to give it a try.... I just thought you should know. Your feedback is not only appreciated by Iris but me too! I could definitely feel your love for this series.

You have no idea how much these words truly mean to me. I’m very touched right now. I think you perfectly conveyed your feelings here and that you shouldn’t feel bad at all for any form of feedback that you give to a writer. The includes just a  quick I loved this or a more in-depth breakdown of all the things you loved. I know when I wrote heavily for fandoms that any comment meant the entire world to me. I imagine that all writers feel that way.

I’m so happy that I have inspired you to give CMM a shot even if the sex is beyond your comfort zone. Personally I never really thought that I’d find pet play or mommy kink to be something that I found sexual appealing having never dabbled in either of them myself but upon reading River and Firetruck I was exposed to new facets of myself that I was unaware of. I know now that given the correct partner these are kinks that I would at least be willing to explore.

I hope that my recommendations continue to inspire you to read. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for these incredibly generous and kind words.

Hello, this might be weird but I saw you sent an ask to bloomsuga and I noticed you used the word ganked and I was curious to know if you watch supernatural at all? Sorry of this is strange lmao

No! It’s totally not strange at all. I haven’t watched in the last few seasons but there was a time were I very heavily followed the show. I especially enjoyed the arc of the show before Kripke left. I watched a few seasons after he did. I believe the last I saw of the show was the first season that Crowley’s mother showed up. Since it’s ending soon, I really want to catch up and finish it. Is it worth it?

Can I just say how much I appreciate the feedback you give on every reblog, stating what you liked about the fic and what sticks with you? It's things like that that give writers life and motivation 💕

This message is so sweet, it really brought a smile to my face. I totally know what you mean about the motivation. I’ve wrote for quite a few fandoms in my time on the interwebs and words of encouragement always gave me that extra push to power through moments when my creativity was harder to come by. I sincerely hope that my comments can bring as much joy to the writer as their stories have brought to me as a reader.
