the victims who did not ask to be here

living due to your actions

exhaustion has become the mental state

eyes stayed open

boundaries never set

for my existence predates my thoughts

... there was once this famous book that went something like"in the beginning was the word". never call me the religious type, never call me. for the tenant evacuated many sunsets ago. with no notice, unnoticed. unscathed, yet scarred. he sang to me in a dream once, his hips swayed to a different rhythm. beat. melodic screams with the sight of. lazy i. maybe eye. raw. cooked. passionate enough to become enraged. spending saturday nights reflecting instead of drowning. always pretended to be a fish. fingers perpetuating storylines. entertain them the little voices say. look who's writing again. look who's living again. vibrance. teach, learn this existence. made him put his phone down, erykah. lost in his empty eyes, imaginary men of course. zigzagging through life goals and inspirations. i cry as hard as i smile as i laugh. lips drenched in lies, alcohol. truths a dime a dozen. am i ready for it? for you? nah. beliefs questioned. self administered. no need to shout. too much? damn right, for the average man. she found it, herself.

Ahhhh! I just finished Puzzle & wanted to re-read again. Thank you for writing it! It’s captivating to read a story line where you can clearly tell that despite the sex and love, JK & reader truly truly cares about their friendship. I hope you end up writing drabbles about them in the future 🥰

I've thought about writing some kind of companion piece, but I don't know if I would necessarily consider it a part 2. There's one topic I kind of touched on but didn't get to indepth with that I think would be expanding upon, but it's kind of a heavy topic and I want to do it justice and I'm just not sure if I can. I've also thought about a spin off, so to speak, but the theme of it falls under (potentially) dead dove do not eat and I don't know if I want to cross that threshold... lmao
