Wow!! now that is really inspiring!! I am very much motivated and commiting to it 100% fpr the moment. Also I'm trying to watch what I eat and I'm keeping a food log for this. Hellooo! Yep I've just started Insanity this week but no I don't have a trainer that I work with for assistance or motivation. Actually I work with a trainer 2-3 times a week for cross fit but for Insanity I'm alone:) but when I realized that the time I finish with insanity will be the last day of the year, it gave me huge motivation. It feels great to think I'll be starting the new year lighter and fitter so yeah that's my dream right now.. Are you doing it as well? When did you start? What are your feelings of it? Tell me:)
