Workout 20.3 #kizentraining #sheiko My final workout of the program. #Deadlift test. It wasn’t as good as I wanted. I’ve fought this piriformis thing for the whole program. But that’s not an excuse. I didn’t perform today. Weight was too far forward, I started to twist. After that I couldn’t get back to it. Overall, the program was a lot of fun and I’m really glad I tried it. I saw my #squat go from 525 to 585, my #bench from 365 to 405 and while my deadlift didn’t move, the form has felt better and stronger each test. I think when I get this issue fixed, it will climb easily. Now to move to a new phase, hypertrophy based and do a cut for a little while. Also might start toying with some ideas for the gram. Workout 30.2 #kizentraining #sheiko Not quite as triumphant as I hoped it would be. I’m struggling with misaligning my bench. By trying to involve my lats more, I’ve been effectively turning off my right traps. What was a test, turned into a form work session to try and figure out what I was doing.
