Enjoy the crispy goodness of this seafood burger, which has a great mix of shrimp and white fish. It's a tasty treat for seafood fans!
Ingredients: 4 seafood patties made with a mix of shrimp and white fish. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 2 eggs. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon lemon juice. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Pickles. Salt and pepper to taste. Vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice to make the sauce. Set it aside. In separate shallow dishes, place flour in one, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in the third. Season the seafood patties with salt and pepper. Dip each patty into the flour, then the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs, ensuring they are well coated. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the coated seafood patties and fry until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. While the patties are frying, toast the hamburger buns in a separate pan or in the oven until they are lightly browned. Assemble your seafood burger by spreading the prepared sauce on the bottom bun, followed by lettuce leaves, a seafood patty, tomato slices, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun and secure with a toothpick if needed. Serve your ridiculously crispy seafood burger hot, accompanied by your favorite sides.
