Enjoy the tastes of the ocean with this delicious seafood burger. With a mix of shrimp, crab, or lobster and just the right amount of seasoning, it's a seafood lover's dream.
Ingredients: 1 lb 450g mixed seafood shrimp, crab, or lobster. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup diced celery. 2 green onions, chopped. 1 tsp Dijon mustard. 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for garnish.
Instructions: The mixed seafood should be pulsed in a food processor until it is very small pieces. Chopped seafood, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, diced celery, green onions, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Make 4 burgers out of the mix. Warm up a pan or grill on the stove over medium-high heat. The seafood burgers should be cooked all the way through and have a golden crust for three to four minutes on each side. On the grill, toast the burger buns until they are just barely golden. Put lettuce, a seafood patty, tomato, and pickles on each bun to make the burgers. Enjoy your tasty seafood burger while it's still hot!
