Those looks GREAT! On a scale of 1–0 how crispy were they?
That's the thing, they weren't... so I need to either up the temp or longer time. But they meat was 175 degrees so definitely done. I dunno if longer would be better or not. That garlic parmesean was awesome though, especially since I can't bread them from frozen.
We're almost done torturing our folks with the kids.
