Thoughts at 5pm...

W is going into QUARANTINE! because she went to the conference today! She had a super big blast, but it's a week long thing where everyone gets the crud and stuff, and so this time she gets that side of the house and I get this side! Reversal is weird!

This time I have to cook for her and everything! And... more importantly, I don't have her to help me out and around so I'm gonna have to suck things up and figure it out.

The referral went through to the next level for either a power wheelchair or scooter.

It's starting to feel more real now. I'm using my office chair as a makeshift right now which is helping a lot.

But yeah, I'm hurting like fuck which makes the whole separation even harder.

I'll be sleeping on the camping cot in the living room... which will be interesting too because it's a lot lower and might be hard to get on and off of.

I dunno... it's... a lot to process so I haven't. Literally haven't. It's not real until it is, and even then, denial is a strong fucking thing.

Might not be a healthy mechanism, but things change so much with me that the moment i get used to something or accept it, it's changed so why bother?

I just want to be active again. I want my freedom of movement again. I need that.

I'm still debating joining the YMCA for a year... because next year the local pools are all free... Benefit of turning 50!!!!

I dunno. I need to get in the water asap. I need to get better asap. These 3 or so days are gonna be weird lol.
