This has been my reading corner while trying to deal with the jet lag. Anyone has any tips about how to deal with jet lag? So far I fell asleep at 10 pm, then woke up at 2 am, browsed on my phone until 10 am, then tried to function as a normal human being until I passed out exhausted at 4 pm, then woke up at 12 am, stayed awake until 2 am, fell asleep and woke up at 12 pm. It’s so hard trying to recover from it!
