This photo feels like home to me. 🩷
A quiet place. A warm light. A moment to breathe , to be myself 🙂
After taking a long break from Tumblr, I realized how much I missed having a space where I could simply be myself.
As an adult with autism, life can sometimes feel loud and overwhelming. I want this page to be the opposite of that—a cozy corner where I can share my special interests, creativity, personal experiences, and the little things that bring me joy.
This page used to be mostly Star Wars (and yes, I'm still a huge Hayden Christensen fan 🩷), but like many autistic people, my special interests evolve. Right now, Pokémon has my heart, so you'll definitely be seeing more of that.
Whether you're here because you love the same fandoms, you're autistic yourself, or you're simply looking for a calm, welcoming place, I'm really glad you're here and we can all support each other.
Remember, you are not alone, we are all in this together
Welcome to my cozy corner. ☕🩷
🦕✨ About Me — Tea With a T‑Rex
Hi, I’m Abby — a tiny T‑rex in spirit, trying to hold life’s teacup with my little arms and not spill too much along the way.
This blog is my cozy corner for gentle chaos, creative expression, and the art of staying soft. I write about mental health, small joys, and the things that help me keep going — crafts, puzzles, dinosaurs, and the occasional existential tea break.
I’m AuDHD, which means my brain is both a kaleidoscope and a maze. Some days I’m full of ideas; other days I’m just trying to remember how to rest. I find comfort in routines, warm light, and stories that make the world feel a little more magical.
You’ll find posts here about:
mindfulness and mental health
creative projects and cozy hobbies
introspective musings and emotional honesty
dinosaurs, obviously
If you’re tired, overstimulated, or just need a soft place to land — welcome. Pull up a chair, pour yourself some tea, and stay a while.
