+ shen!twins au is back <3 + after exactly a year since the main story has finished, i offer the first extra in dedication to the amazing oro~

+ original!LBH arrives and is definitely interested on the Shen twins, Shen Jiu and Liu Qingge are still actively trying to outdo each other with the maturity level of a seven-year-old, BingQiu is too in-love having their own world, bets and questionable "novels/almanacs" are discovered, and the peak lords have their own takes (oh, and Tianlang Jun is here for the fun ride)

Basically Shen Yuan's protection squad in the Twin AU: LBH has a shirt that says president of SY Protection Squad. Shen Jiu walks up, rips it and reveals a Founder of SY Protection Squad Shirt. SY is completely oblivious to all the people protecting him.

alternatively - SY is aware but he’s acting like he isn’t bc gdi these people are embarrassing af “me? know those weirdos? kind ma’am, kind sir - please perish the thought”

Shen Twin AU: Once there was a really bad winter that seriously affected Shen Yuan's health and he almost died. Shen Jiu almost had a breakdown and was very close to throwing hands with the grim reaper. There's still a rumor that the reason Shen Yuan is still alive is because he died, but Shen Jiu went to the underworld and dragged him back.

+ orpheus and euridyce but shen twins style hahaha OK BUT THE WHOLE “dragged him back” sends me fnkfjasfa bc SJ wouldn’t be polite about it, he’s just gonna slam the underworld’s doors open and go “where is he?? i KNOW he’s here!! we’re going home, a-yuan! get your ass in here!”

+ SJ appearing in the street where the brothel is bc of some mission and the owner doing a double take bc he thought SJ was SY and he tries pushing him inside and scolding him that he should be dressed up already bc customers are gonna come and SJ is just all “excuse you?” and that’s where he finds SY haha

Shen Twin AU: Shen Jiu has a qi deviation that results in him turning into a child. He uses the innocent child look to steal Shen Yuan's attention away from Luo Binghe.

I don't know the english name for this vocaloid song ,狐花, but it inspired me because of how sad it is. So in this SVSSS AU, Shen Jiu and Shen Yuan are twins but people are concerned about having twins in the village. Soon after they're born bad things start happening so they kill one of the twins (SY). SJ (being the protective brother that he is) is pissed and curses the village. Then everything plays out as usual but with SJ being more short tempered because of his younger brother's death.

If you're still taking suggestions for the Extras in the Shen Twin AU, what about an AU where Shen Jiu from a world where Shen Yuan died when they were slaves is transported to the Shen Twin world and gets to see him and his brother grow up. (And find out that his twin marries a half-demon)
