I'm in love with Iman's weapon
Shéngbiāo | 绳镖
The only martial art I'm familiar with is Karate and while the weapon system is robust with stuff like tonfa, sai, nunchaku, etc... Karate- technically Okinawan Kobudo- doesn't have anything like the Wushu shengbiao that Iman uses.
Not to be confused with the liuxing (meteor hammer) that functions the same but is more compact instead of being dart-like. Though it does seem like they overlap a lot if you look at the variations.

Khai mentioned once that Iman is the daughter of a Wushu grandmaster. Though, it's not mentioned what kind of Wushu she practices, and I'm not familiar enough with Chinese martial art denominations to guess which one she belongs to. 😗
Regardless, to master a roped weapon like the shengbiao is obviously not something you can do in a week. I've tried nunchaku, and ugh, just give me my kon (staff). That one's easier.
Every little movement you make will affect the trajectory of the shengbiao and that's the difficult part about this weapon, which makes Iman's mastery over it all the more impressive. The fact it's modified to connect with her headscarf means that even if she had learned how to use it before, she'd still have to adapt to this new version.
Shengbiao is so cool aaah! (ノ≧∇≦)ノ ミ ┻━┻
