I do like this exchange. Forget that she is being sarcastic. What I do like is the first gif where Sheldon seems actually interested in her opinion.

This little exchange reminds me of old fics, you know, what could have been. What if they got together and this is them some years later, Sheldon asking Penny a question and valuing her opinion because of course she knows what he is talking about, he has been rambling about philosophy and some scientific stuff around her and she managed to pick some of them, it was unavoidable.
